Rental of hotel products

Renting hotel equipment is a cost-effective and flexible solution when you want a uniform, professional appearance and reliable operation quickly, without a large upfront investment. It is ideal for seasonal peak periods, renovations, opening new wings, or events (conferences, banquets, team-building), as the equipment arrives for the required period, installed and maintained, and is collected at the end of the rental term. This way, you take on OPEX instead of CAPEX, improving cash flow and reducing risk.

Available rental categories include guest room equipment (minibar, safe, luggage rack, hanger, tray and kettle), public area solutions (stanchions, signage, umbrella holders), conference and catering furniture (banquet chairs, tables), housekeeping equipment (housekeeping and cleaning carts), and other accessories. The packages are modular: standard room package, superior/business package, or event package, with optional add-ons (e.g., extra hanger, textile tray, LED signage).

The service process is simple and transparent. First, we assess your needs (room types, quantities, expected usage, deadlines) and provide a detailed quote broken down by rental period. After approval, we schedule delivery, on-site setup, and a trial run. The rental fee may include regular maintenance, replacement units in case of malfunction, and logistics and collection at the end of the term. Expedited delivery and weekend setup are also available upon request.

Several factors should be considered when deciding. For room equipment, energy efficiency and noise level (minibar), guest comfort and security (safe, lockability), and durability (luggage rack, coatings) are important. For conference furniture, stackability, fire safety certifications, and floor protection matter. Housekeeping carts require attention to capacity, accessory fastening options, and quiet, non-marking wheels. Always consider room dimensions, lift and door sizes, and daily operational routes.

From a sustainability perspective, rental is also advantageous: professional servicing and reusable spare parts extend the equipment’s lifespan, and replacing units supports technological upgrades without unnecessary waste. Rentals are available for short and long terms, with flexible quantity adjustments.
