How a project works
Four steps. The first two are free and without obligation — you do not have to decide until you have held it in your hands.

Assessment and quote
The room count, the category and what you would like to put in the rooms is enough — we put the list together for you. You receive an itemised quote with article numbers within 4 working days that you can submit as it is for approval or for grant accounting.

Samples before you decide
At an opening you decide for years what you will be ordering. Cosmetics samples are sent free of charge, and the equipment can be seen in person at our Budapest office — the thickness of a slipper or the feel of a towel cannot be judged from a photo.

Project price and scheduling
For the full quantity we give a project price, we fix that price for 6 months and we time the delivery to your opening or handover date — we do not dump everything on your storeroom at once.

Afterwards: the resupply
Once you have opened, we keep your recurring items on file as a room template. One email or one call and it is on its way — no need to compile the list again every month.

Project pricing for larger quantities
Quantity bands are published for every product, and for a complete project we give a separate price. It is not a matter of haggling.
Real stock data, by the piece
Not an “in stock” tick but an actual number of units and an arrival date. At an opening that is the difference between opening on time and slipping.
EU warehouse, EU invoice
As a wholesaler we ship from our EU warehouse with an EU invoice — you do not have to import directly. That also means the packaging (EPR) and cosmetics compliance burden stays with us, not with you.

Volume discount
The larger the project, the larger the discount. The bands below are indicative — the exact price is always fixed in the itemised quote.

Quantity bands are shown on the individual products as well — at higher quantities the unit price drops there automatically too. For a complete opening or renovation the items count together, not separately.
See it before you decide
For most of our items the minimum order quantity is 50–100 pieces. We do not expect you to decide that from a photo.
Cosmetics samples are free
Tell us which collections you are interested in and we will send samples at no cost. Scent, texture, packaging and the feel of the bottle — worth holding in your hand before you order for a whole property.

Equipment in person, at our Budapest office
Housekeeping trolleys, dispensers, safes, lobby and bathroom equipment are not practical to post — these can be seen and tried at our Budapest office, by prior arrangement.
With textiles it is always worth asking for a sample, because the weight (g/m²) and the wash resistance decide how long they survive an industrial laundry — that cannot be judged from a photo.

Payment and delivery
Payment
By bank transfer in advance against a proforma invoice, cash on delivery or by card (Barion). For larger projects and framework-contract partners we agree the payment schedule and terms individually.
Delivery
From stock typically 1–3 working days. Free delivery above €150 net order value (48 hours). For larger projects delivery is scheduled, timed to the work phases.
Personal collection
Free of charge: Budapest, Forgách utca 11. (Papyrus Cash & Carry, Mon–Fri 8:00–15:00), or by collection from our Szekszárd warehouse.
You will not be talking to forms
Since 2016 we have taken part in the opening and renovation of more than 70 hotels in five countries — every project gets a named contact person you can reach directly, the same one from the assessment to the last delivery.
