Towels – The towels category helps you compare textiles selected for intensive hotel or institutional use. Beyond guest comfort, the finished size, the material composition, the GSM or weave, the laundry technology and the expected shrinkage form the basis of a good specification.
When ordering samples, it is advisable to test the textile with your own laundry programme, as dimensional stability, handle and drying time can only be judged realistically that way.

Towels: procurement considerations
- Size: specify the finished size from the actual dimensions of the mattress, duvet, pillow or place of use.
- Material and construction: composition, weave and GSM together influence both comfort and handling.
- Laundry trial: check shrinkage, colour fastness, drying and the condition of the seams after several cycles.
